As the year comes to a close, Travel Technology Interactive is finishing strong with the addition of new customers and many achievements, which is something that we are looking forward to announcing.

More evidence that Zenith deserves its reputation as one of the best PSS providers can be found in the new customers who chose to migrate with us this year due to their satisfaction with our service. Kenmore Air was one of our first clients that year, and we’re wrapping up the year with strong brand awareness and strong sales.

Zenith’s large customer base is a direct reflection of the quality of our PSS / IT management, and the feedback of our patrons is highly valued. Putting the needs of our customers first is one of our core principles. After hearing nothing but praise for Zenith PSS from both 9X and 9N, Kenmore Air decided to make the switch.

The KENMORE AIR (M5) is a pre-existing airline that began operations in 1946 and is headquartered near Seattle (USA). Scheduled and charter domestic and international flights are their specialty, with most departures and arrivals in Washington state and Northwest Canada. They have around 20 planes in their fleet, mostly single- and twin-propeller planes like the Twin Otter and Cessna Caravan. Seaplanes are included in this category.

This was a huge success, and KENMORE AIR became our second American Zenith customer. Our current customers in the area have been convinced to expand their business with us because of the excellent care they have received from our staff.
